Product Information
We take utmost care to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note:
-> All items are handmade or hand-finished, and minor variations in colour, weave, or stitching may occur. These are not defects, but unique qualities of handcrafted products.
-> Variances in size are to be expected based on the flow of the fabric and the silhouette
-> Colours may vary slightly from the photos due to lighting or screen settings.
Fabric Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity and beauty of our garments, we recommend the following care instructions based on fabric type:
Cotton
Hand wash separately in cold water with mild detergent. Do not wring or twist. Dry in shade to prevent colour fading.
Mul (Mulmul)
Gentle hand wash in cold water. Use mild detergent only. Air dry flat and iron on low heat.
Linen
Hand or machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Use mild liquid detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble drying; hang or lay flat to dry.
Silk
Dry clean only to preserve sheen and fabric integrity. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture.

Shipping and Delivery
-We currently ship within the UK.
-Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as we cannot redirect parcels once shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
-Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
-We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.
-Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed within 7 business days.
Note: We do not accept returns for custom, made-to-order, or sale items unless the item is defective.

All prices are listed in GBP (£). We accept major debit/credit cards and secure online payments.
Shipping is charged as follows:
-£3.95 for orders under £100
-Free Shipping for orders over £100 (UK only)
Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund. Custom or pre-order items may have extended delivery timelines, which will be clearly communicated at checkout.
